1. Introduction
Welcome to kayagaya, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kayagaya ("Platform", "we", "us").
By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the kayagaya platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules in effect on our platform.
The kayagaya platform serves adult users in Malaysia who understand the risks associated with gambling activity. We are committed to operating transparently, responsibly and in accordance with international standards.
2. User Eligibility
To register and use the kayagaya platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and at all times while using the platform.
Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Not be on any list of persons excluded from gambling activity by any regulatory body or self-exclusion programme.
Register and use the account in your own name only, and not on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration & Management
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the kayagaya platform. Any attempt to create duplicate or multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, users are required to provide true, accurate and complete information, including:
- Full name as stated on your MyKad or valid passport
- Exact date of birth for age verification
- An active and reachable email address
- A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
- Bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes
kayagaya reserves the right to conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, including requesting a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified period may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. All activity that occurs through your account, whether authorised or not, is your responsibility.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
The kayagaya platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- DuitNow
- Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
- Boost
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in funds being frozen.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable), or to an account verified in the same user's name. kayagaya reserves the right to carry out security checks before approving any withdrawal.
The balance in your account consists of actual cash or bonuses subject to wagering requirements. Funds in the account do not earn interest. kayagaya is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
kayagaya offers various bonuses to registered users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.
Our Welcome Bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the value of the bonus received. For example:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Total wagering required: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
- Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM500 → Account balance RM1,500 → Total wagering required: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500
Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash. Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements through unauthorised methods — including opposing bets (hedging), bonus abuse across multiple accounts or the use of automation software — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings without notice.
6. Game Rules
The kayagaya platform offers a variety of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, online poker and fishing games. Each game category has specific rules available in the platform's help section.
All game results are generated randomly using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or broadcast live by real dealers in live casino mode. kayagaya does not alter game results under any circumstances.
In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, affected bets will be determined in accordance with the interruption policy and the last valid result recorded by our server. Users are not entitled to claim payouts based on results that have not been fully recorded.
Bets placed by users after the actual game outcome could reasonably be anticipated or known (for example in situations involving technical errors or broadcast delays) are invalid and will be voided.
7. Prohibited User Conduct
Users of the kayagaya platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to influence games or systems
- Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
- Uploading or distributing content that is obscene, seditious or unlawful
- Harassing, threatening or engaging in any form of misconduct towards kayagaya support staff
- Disclosing or sharing your account login details with any other party
- Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts or unauthorised methods
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action including temporary suspension, permanent account closure and/or freezing of balances without prior notice.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, processing and storage of users' personal information is carried out in accordance with kayagaya's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on our Privacy Policy page. That Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is to be read together with them.
By using the kayagaya platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the use of data for identity verification, fraud prevention and service improvement purposes.
kayagaya uses current industry-standard encryption technology to protect user data stored on and transmitted through our platform. However, no security system can provide an absolute guarantee against unauthorised access.
9. Limitation of Liability
The kayagaya platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty as to its suitability, accuracy or continuous availability. kayagaya makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, kayagaya will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:
- Technical disruptions or platform unavailability beyond our control
- Betting or game outcomes that are unsatisfactory to the user
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence
- Delays in transaction processing by third-party payment providers
- Changes in laws or regulations that affect access to the platform
Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own betting decisions.
10. Termination & Account Closure
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the kayagaya customer support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification and the completion of all pending transactions.
kayagaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violated any term in this agreement
- Provided false information during registration or the KYC process
- Engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion
- Had the account used by an ineligible party, including underage individuals
In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, kayagaya reserves the right to withhold or void account balances associated with the activity in question, subject to investigation and a decision by management.
11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
kayagaya reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page with the most recent effective date.
Significant amendments will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address. Continued use of the kayagaya platform after the effective date of such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
